Contacted them twice for someone to come take measurement for a french door (with the second contact made about a month after the first one, as a chase-up). On both occasions they promised someone would be in touch for the measurement. No one from Rylock ever contacted me for that. Unless you are really keen to worry about whether someone will come measure for your new joinery or that whether your joinery will be delivered as they said they would, I highly recommend you go to another joinery maker.
