Dear Zoom,

I am not very computer savvy so have had to call on Zoom many times over the last few years. I have been so impressed with the immediate service received and the follow-up phone calls to check that all is well.

Initially, I had to have my old computer replaced and thence various updates. They have visited me several times with their wonderful smile and obliging help in all fields of computering. Without their immediate help, I would have become very frustrated - so thank you so very much for the service, second to none and reasonable pricing for your time.
