My unit, built by this CAS Group, was found to have several faults, the worst being a missing boundary wall (with the neighbouring unit) up in the roof space, bringing up both security and fire rating issues. I would not recommend to anyone to buy anything built by CAS Group or to have any dealings with them. My neighbour and I are currently engaged in making a claim against the principal, C. S., in the Disputes Tribunal. He currently owns the company Stratum Management.
