The kitchen Stove was not completely fixed not that the company would talk to us about it, they said the job was done and we pointed out it was not. The workers left my kitchen in a mess twice it also took 2.5 months to fix and their is visible signs of excess glue used to fix the cupboards. Good luck to any one who wants to use them!
Repaired our coffee machine quickly - works rerally well now. Alsp tracked down some out of date oven and hob knobs for us. Really helpful.
Should be named Craps not Chaps. They are absolute CRAP. I have a practically new convection microwave. Twice it has been supposedly!!!! repaired by Chaps and it still DOES NOT WORK!!!! What a hopeless company. They take too long, they don't check their work and they are unpleasant to speak with on the phone. Unfortunately they are the appliance repair company for Harvey Norman. Come on Harvey Norman, it's high time you found another appliance repair company!!!!!
