WOOLWORTHS - BAYFAIR - TAURANGA, BOP

Ok although my rating is excellent this doesn't mean I'm happy coz I'm not ?What has happened to customers service at Woolworths? The ladies are NOT allowed to chat to their customers!!!! Come on you have got to be kidding me,do you realise them checkout ladies are the HEART of that supermarket "YES" they most certainly are, and do you also realise that for many old people going into the supermarket and chatting to the checkout ladies is the highlight of their day maybe their week as they may not even see anyone else throughout their week and going to the supermarket is their dayout, as for me some of the checkout ladies have cheered me up on my really down days especially when my beautiful mother passed away last year and I was greatfull to them for that... them ladies work hard, really hard put up with a lot , underpaid as well but don't moan about it as it's still a job, some of you high and mighty bosses should go and stand there all day and do their job to see what it's like, and I don't mean just for a few hours or a day do it for a week, then see how you get on... Them ladies deserve a medal for what they have to put up with at time abuse off some people, not nice... Give them a break, they do there work and good at it to... love and lots of respect to them, that's what you need to show them NOT being GRUMPY at them...And replacing them for them bloody machines the self service one well what a list of rubbish like they have in the other supermarket in the mall , checkout ladies every time.... remember they are simply the best a credit to the supermarket and I won't be the only person to say this if people are honest.... You go checkout ladies love yaz ❤..... Management can't say much bout you ?
