The worst experience. Poor customer service - We made an order over the phone and on arrival at the GLEN EDEN PIZZA had to wait for approximately an hour and a half for our pizza. The most pathetic thing was that we still went home with NO PIZZA. On talking to the shift manager Shalini over the phone the only response we got from her was that we had to talk to the store manager. I did mention to her that we had visitors and that pizza was going to be dinner. Her excuse was that the store had new recruits therefore the delay but what was most shocking is that we came home after the hour and half with no pizza. The Glen Eden branch is obviously a joke now because people were walking out and saying all sorts of things because they all experienced late deliveries. What was even more funny is that freebies were handed out just to stop people from complaining. The shift manager kept promising that the pizza would be ready in 10mins but THERE WAS NO PIZZA. Pathetic Pizza Hut, this is Fair Go material. Sorry Pizza Hut you have lost a customer who has been loyal to you for the last two decades. The Glen Eden branch will have to get their act together because they will be losing some very valuable customers if they dont...................
