Total waste of time using these guys. We took
in 3 laptops to get various things fixed and
one insurance assesment. Took several
MONTHS to get back to us, Gave us the wrong
information on what was being done and what
we wanted done a couple of times and gave us
the runaround on what was being done to the
laptops. The one we wanted an insurance
assessment on was described as a 2006 laptop
instead of a 2016 so we were initially told a
value $1200 under what we ended getting.
Total balls up all round.
Sure they have plenty of bits n pieces
computer related for sale but their service
for us rates a 1/100.
