LANDMARK VETS LTD - MATAMATA, WKO

absolutely s*** service from A**** de W**** I took in my sick puppies and they were going to get some fluids put into them because they weren't eating nor drinking much water and would most likely die without them. I was with my mother and my daughter at the time I asked the vet that was looking after us if I could do time payments and she said yes just have to fill out a form so I was filling form out then A**** who is manager popped out of no where and asked my mum what her name was and then looked at me with attitude and said with attitude that I cant have my dogs seen here unless I have paid full amount then and there because my mother had a bill there years ago I then said well the other lady said that I can do time payments but the replied I don't care I said you cant !! I wasn't aloud to take my dogs until I had paid for the vet looking at them and that was $112 for 10mins of there time and a parvovirus check I then told him that after paying this bill I cant take them to another vet he didn't give a shit about that! I think that A**** is a arrogant man who is ment to look after animals because that is his job it wasn't my fault that my mother didn't pay her bill I`m not her!! I thort that this was disgusting he could do this to my poor puppies when he seen how much my dogs needed to be helped. he didn't even give them a chance! I`m warning everyone that is considering taking there animals there that he doesn't give a shit about any animals otherwise he wouldn't of left my dogs for dead and he shouldn't be a vet!!!!! this is A**** de W**** from Matamata branch he's a horrible man WARNING!! I don't think that this was very fair to let puppies suffer because he is trying to teach someone a lesson knowing that I couldn't afford to go any where else after going there. he wouldn't even give me a chance!
