Nor recommended - travel elsewhere if you can, you will not receive a pleasant welcome, you will be charged for seeing a doctor for repeat prescriptions, even when you don't see one, they will not squeeze sick children in during open hours so you have to wait and travel to the after hours surgeries in Tok, the nurses leave you rude messages when you haven't returned their calls (even though you're out of the country - and they were told you were leaving), you will see a dr on Thursday then return on Monday to find they've left the practice. Medical Centres are supposed to serve the community but I have not found one person in Putaruru that has not had a bad experience with this centre - most people now travel to Matamata, Cambridge or Tokoroa - they're cheaper too!!!
