One star is too much for this place. I took a suit, shirt and a pair of trousers in for alterations. The suit was initially dry cleaned instead of altered so when I went back in to collect one week later, no alterations had been made. I had to wait another week for the suit to be ready. When I got the suit back it was so tight I was unable to move my arms. I have since taken it to an actual tailor for repairs. The shirt was amateur and untidy and the stitching in the trousers lasted about 2 hours before coming undone. There was no customer service to speak of and I was advised that any damage that they cause to clothes is not their problem or responsibility. Avoid this place
